CES manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of pumps designed for demanding mining and industrial environments. From casting and machining through to assembly, testing and after-sales support, our pumps are engineered and supported locally from our facility in Carletonville, South Africa.

With in-house machining, approved foundry partners and privately owned production patterns, CES maintains control over the critical stages of manufacture. Every pump is produced to the required specification and supplied with the relevant material and test certification.

MANUFACTURING

Every CES pump starts with carefully manufactured components. Approved foundry partners produce cast components using CES-owned patterns, while all critical machining is completed in-house at our Carletonville facility.

Depending on the application and specification, components can be manufactured in EN9, Bronze, Cast Iron, SG Iron, 27% High Chrome Iron, 316 Stainless Steel and other approved materials.

CES maintains stock of many of its core pump models at our Carletonville premises, allowing customers to access replacement equipment and components without unnecessary delays.

With countrywide delivery, we can supply pumps and parts wherever they are required across South Africa.

CES pumps and components are designed to be fully interchangeable with existing pumps currently operating in production. This allows customers to replace equipment without unnecessary modifications to existing installations.

In selected applications, improvements have also been introduced to pumps and components to meet the changing demands of the mining industry while maintaining compatibility with existing equipment.
