Every casting starts with an accurately engineered pattern. CES designs and develops its patterns in-house using advanced software, ensuring that every component is manufactured to the required specifications and standards.
CES retains ownership of all patterns and works closely with selected foundries through dedicated production arrangements. This gives us greater control over consistency, quality and production requirements throughout the casting process.

Quality does not stop when the metal is poured. Our approved foundry partners operate with on-site laboratories and controlled testing processes to ensure materials and castings meet the required specifications.
Every casting is recorded with the relevant material documentation, providing traceability for each component and supporting consistent quality from production through to delivery.

Our casting patterns are maintained and inspected regularly by a dedicated on-site pattern maker. This ongoing maintenance helps ensure that patterns remain accurate and that production dimensions stay consistent over time.
