The Units are enclosed within an outer robust, hot-dipped galvanized steel shell which provides protection for the system and system and safety for the operators. They are designed to be compact and are shaped, with the ease of maneuverability over tough terrain as a key consideration. Simplicity and accessibility is a fundamental factor to ensure maintenance and repairs are uncomplicated as possible.

Efficient Water and Power Consumption

In view of the need to reduce national power consumption, the units are designed to decrease electricity utilization while simultaneously saving water. This is achieved by incorporating technology which automatically switches off the motor when the gun has been closed for 20 seconds. When the gun is opened, the pump automatically re-starts. This reduces wastage.

We also do a Mobile Surface Cleaning unit, in which the Waterjet unit gets mounted on a Trailer and can be towed around on surface to do general high-pressure cleaning.

Powerful Performance

This CES Stope Washing machine delivers an impressive 200 Liters per minute at up too 75 Bar. Coupled to a gun, designed with a two-stage trigger to reduce recoil and a specially developed nozzle to increase the concentration of the jet, the water will move large rocks with ease. We combine all of this with a 30kw motor.
